so insane how for profit the recycling industry is and how much it depends on there being buyers for the materials that sorting facilities collect. if they dont have people who want to buy the recycled material to remake into other stuff its basically useless and gets thrown out so what is recyclable is more dependent on what markets exist for certain materials rather than what is feasible to recycle and repurpose overall. a lot of materials could potentially be recyclable but facilities have no reason to collect them because no one will buy them (yet). why is the whole recycling industry not nationalized this should be an entirely government run program think about the new heights of recycling we could reach with state run recycling its so fucked up why are we living like this
*Normal Woman Noises*
i respect people who want to keep their menstruation to themselves but i have to make it everyone's problem. Literally if it was socially acceptable to lead every conversation with "I'm menstruating" i would.
i think if you stopped time and brought a gorilla to a new york deli and then started time again it wouldnt even be startled like it would immediately peruse the menu and order a reuben in sign language
some people do not know what "class warfare" means
like it is always going on. there is not a moment where class warfare is not happening. the state itself is a product of irreconcilable antagonisms between classes and it enforces class rule. but if you believe the role of the state is to *reconcile* these antagonisms - as many wrongly do - you believe that it is only when the Rich start buying *Personal Armies* that Class Warfare has started, nevermind the fact that the police and military serve the interests of capital every day, because, to you, the State is not a vehicle for class rule but rather a vehicle to reconcile class antagonisms
i cannot lie, when i see a bitch's hairy pits, I start salivating like a starving dog
